At the same time, I wanted to arrange a marathon, to see what changes and sensations will be under stable exercise – whether it will be easier or harder to work, as it will affect the weight, what other changes will occur with the body. So there was an idea to start the summer from Challenge # 30Z30Sfitmost. Thanks for the weather, disappearing in the halls during the rain and thunderstorms much more pleasant than in warm sunny weather.

At first it was not easy to accommodate everything in the chart – from two to four hours a day I was given sports and I did not always know in the morning, where I will be in the evening, the schedule was created on the basis of meetings. It was also necessary to build logistics so that it was all necessary with me (I bought a huge bag and spent the whole month with her). Crossfit, Aquaaerobics, Interval Training, School of Twine, Booty Bar, Water Jumping, Cardio, Meditation, Hala Chupi, Yoga Bikram, Thai Fencing Chopsticks, Sykekling, EMS, Boxing, Face Fitness – It is only half of what I managed to visit per month!

General impressions

Such Challenge certainly gives first of all very interesting experience and emotions. In the evening, I teach me in the water, and the next morning I first put on the gloves and go to the ring …

A lot of dating, a lot of discoveries for yourself, there are directions and places in which I will definitely return, there are training, from which I am now a fan. There was no sharp disappointment for surprise – all studios and training were quite interesting and even if I do not return, I did not have to regret the spent time.

What happens to the body?

During this month, muscle pain becomes something natural and does not cause such discomfort, as before. Of course, the weight is reduced. I lost 4 kg, while the food was more abundant. The notorious cubes have become visible. The feeling of hunger, in general, also was the process permanent. Almost to the end of the challenge of strong discomfort or metamorphosis, the body did not experience. But one of the last lessons was a trampoline, there it beat me overha.

It turns out that it is quite normal and without bruises from this funny attraction not to leave, the most interesting thing is that everyone else goes delighted and come back with pleasure. But I still think that at least it is worth postponing to visit until winter, so that it is not to hide the bruises throughout the body (yes, everything) for clothes.

Diving

The only school in Moscow where they teach to jump into the water from scratch. I will definitely come back here. No, this is not a trendy place, instead of a magnetic locker key, there are thirty-three passes and a creaking door, but training is a real adventure, after which you will definitely leave with some new skills. Someone comprehends his first jump, someone begins to master somersaults. Once a month, the school even holds a class where everyone can jump off a ten-meter tower.

Krabi Krabong

Thai fencing technique. Only I came to practice Krabi (this is such a stick) that day. And soon I understood why. To be a good swordsman in Thai, you need to develop a strong and flexible back, the right technique, and ideally some experience in wu-shu training (it turned out, by the way, that this is the same as kung fu). With a wand, if anything, now, of course, I will strike correctly, but for the benefit it is still better to do something more basic.

Face fitness

Face culture classes were the last in the challenge. All occupation work goes only with the head and neck. First, we worked on the muscle on the head, which we usually do not move anywhere. Due to a defect in this muscle, over the years it begins to relax and stretch, which leads to sagging of the face. Having worked on it, they began to do exercises on separate parts of the face – from the forehead to the lips. The occupation is interesting, the face after it seems to come to life. And with relaxing music, it also turns out to be a very good relaxation.
